30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for approval. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
